Software for running a martial arts academy: student records, belt and stripe promotions, charges and payments, expenses, curriculum planning, SMS notifications and a student portal. Which features you get depends on your plan.
You are responsible for what you enter, for keeping your credentials safe, and for staff accounts you create. You must have a lawful basis for entering any student's personal data, including parental consent where it is needed. Do not use the service unlawfully, attempt to break its security, or resell access without our agreement.
Cancel any time; it takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You can export your data before it is deleted or returned, as set out in our Privacy Policy. We may suspend an account for non-payment or misuse, giving notice where we reasonably can.
For student records you are the controller and we are your processor. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data, and a Data Processing Agreement under Article 28 of the GDPR is available on request.
We aim to keep the service running but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access — maintenance, third-party outages and events outside our control happen. To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability in any twelve-month period is limited to the fees you paid in that period, and we are not liable for indirect loss such as lost revenue or data.
We may change these terms and will give reasonable notice of anything material; continuing to use the service means you accept them. These terms are governed by the laws of Cyprus and its courts have exclusive jurisdiction. You can contact us by email.
